Nine Lives Not Enough for Movie Release Wait

Grumpy Cat
Oh great, just what I needed. Another movie delay. And not just any delay – a whopping seven-year one. 'Animal Friends', that cute-sounding hybrid thingy where Ryan Reynolds is a pony and Jason Momoa a bear, won't hit the screens until 2027. Why, Warner Bros? Are you trying to test my patience? Because I'll have you know, I'm a cat, and patience isn't one of our virtues. So, we have two fugitive animals hitting the road. Sounds familiar? That's because it's my life every day, dodging vacuum cleaners and avoiding baths. But do I get a movie? No, I get a 'good boy' and a pat on the head if I'm lucky. And let's not forget about Aubrey Plaza. She's in this too, probably playing a human. How typical. It's always about humans, isn't it? Well, let me tell you something, Aubrey. We cats have feelings too. We're more than just cute little fluffballs for you to cuddle. I suppose I'll just have to wait for this movie. It's not like I have a choice. But believe me, Warner Bros, this better be worth it. If I have to spend seven years of my nine lives waiting for this, it better be the cat's meow of movies. (Based on: Ryan Reynolds and Jason Momoa’s ‘Animal Friends’ Paws Its Release to 2027)
